Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Goods are eligible for return and exchange for 7 days from date of delivery. Discretionary exceptions may apply.
Items must be returned as new, unworn, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition with garment tags attached, and are subject to internal inspection. Items that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Custom teamwear items including additional branding and personalization are not eligible for exchange.
Final sale and clearance goods are not eligible for return.
In the event that the item you have received is sub-standard or the incorrect size, please contact us (info@blksport.co.za) with your order details and a photo or description of the fault. We will get back to you to resolve the issue.
Conditions
- Retain receipt/invoice and order confirmation until completion of the returns process;
- Return all packaging, including boxes and external packaging;
- When trying on footwear, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect soles;
- Products must be in a saleable condition;
- Products should be placed into packaging prior to return, i.e. a flyer bag or box;
- Items that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing, etc. will not be accepted;
- Intimate items and swimwear are not eligible for return
Returning Your Purchase
Once you have decided that you would like to proceed with exchange or return, please follow these simple steps:
- Email info@blksport.co.za with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Check your emails for your return confirmation which will contain all the required information.
- Package your order and send it back to us, along with the return authorization. We recommend use of a tracked service. BLK South Africa does not bare any cost associated with returns and exchanges.
- Once your item has been received into our warehouse, please allow 4-10 working days for the return to be processed.
Sales & Discounts
All manual discounts are applied at checkout and reflect the discounted amount after entering the code. Automatic discounts are pre-populated at checkout and automatically discounted. Only one discount can be applied at a time - this applies to sales, automatic discounts and manual discount codes. Although one discount can only be applied, it can be applied to multiple or single item orders.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same style in a different size or colour, please follow the above instructions and indicate exchange and size you would like in the initial email.
If it is a different style, please return your item using the above ‘Returns’ instructions and purchase the other style separately.
Refunds
Kindly note that refunds are processed by Payfast and are only requested once the returned goods have been received into our warehouse and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the same card or PayFast account used to make the original purchase. All orders are refunded in rands only.
BLK South Africa cannot be held liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
Once processed, it may take a maximum of 5-10 working days to reflect in your account.
