Great product, not so great shopping experience

The item is as expectd and fairly priced. The size guide on the website was very accurate and helped greatly to select the correct size as I have not owned any BLK products in the past. The shopping experience on the BLK site was not as pleasant however. On most e-commerce sites there is a level of item tracking prior to the item being handed over to the courier. Here there was none, which after a few days, makes you very nervous if the purchase wasn't a potentially scam. Tracking is only able after the item reached the courier and here I also had an unpleasant experience. The courier scheduled delivery for a specific date but was then unable to deliver the item without any reason being given. This is rather frustrating because they expect you to be available on the day of delivery.
